Hi, I’m Keely
I’m a mum, a coach, and a woman who understands how deeply confidence can shape the life you build.
I’m a 36-year-old single mum to three beautiful children, and like many women, my journey hasn’t been a straight or easy one. After two unhealthy relationships that left me with very low self-esteem, I found myself at a point where I knew something had to change — not just for me, but for my kids.
Rebuilding my life didn’t happen overnight. It came through doing the inner work, learning to trust myself again, and choosing — again and again — to believe that I was worthy of more. Along the way, my horses became a huge part of that healing and growth. They taught me presence, boundaries, patience, and confidence in ways nothing else ever had.
Confidence has always mattered deeply to me. Growing up as a quiet, reserved child, I was often overlooked and targeted by bullies — experiences that followed me into my teenage years and shaped how I saw myself for a long time. Those early experiences are a big part of why I’m so passionate about confidence today, and why I’ve worked hard to ensure my children grow up believing in themselves in ways I never did.
I’m now an internationally certified life coach, and the work I do is rooted in both professional training and lived experience. I don’t believe confidence is about becoming louder, tougher, or someone you’re not. I believe it’s about coming home to yourself — learning to trust who you are and showing up for your life with clarity and self-belief.
Cowgirls With Confidence, and The Confidence Corral, were created as a gentle, supportive space for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves, build confidence at their own pace, and know they’re not doing it alone.
